Program Overview
The Business Analytics program prepares students to harness the power of data. For any business or organization, it is vital to collect, organize, visualize, and analyze information that can provide insights for decision making and process design.
Students will take courses that develop proficiency in:
- Business administration
- Accounting, finance and economics
- Computer programming and databases
- Statistics, mathematics and predictive modeling
- Data analysis and visualization software
- Problem solving and system design
- Teamwork, communication and servant leadership
Armed with a broad understanding of business, and a working knowledge of data analysis tools, a student of business analytics is positioned to formulate and answer questions that can have material impact on his or her organization.
C-N offers both a major and minor in business analytics. Students will graduate, ready for work in business or industry, or they will continue their education with graduate programs in various STEM or business fields. We hope that C-N alumni will serve faithfully and give God the glory in all endeavors.
