Program Overview
The Management major at Carson-Newman University is designed to provide students with a robust education in business leadership while integrating principles of faith and ethics into every facet of management. Rooted in a commitment to Christian values, this program emphasizes the development of effective leadership skills, strategic decision-making, and ethical business practices. Students delve into core management concepts such as organizational behavior, strategic planning, human resource management and entrepreneurship.
The curriculum encourages the graduates to not only excel in the professional realm but also to embrace the values of integrity, compassion, and social responsibility.
